1. Service Overview | সেবার বিবরণ
We provide visa processing, documentation assistance, and consultancy services only. We do not issue visas and do not influence the final decision of any embassy or consulate.
আমরা শুধুমাত্র ভিসা প্রসেসিং, ডকুমেন্ট প্রস্তুতকরণ ও পরামর্শ সেবা প্রদান করি। ভিসা প্রদান বা বাতিলের চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত সম্পূর্ণভাবে সংশ্লিষ্ট দূতাবাসের উপর নির্ভরশীল।
2. Visa Authority & Decision
All visa approvals, refusals, processing time, and additional requirements are decided solely by the respective embassy or high commission.
ভিসা অনুমোদন, বাতিল, দেরি অথবা অতিরিক্ত কাগজপত্রের সিদ্ধান্ত একান্তই সংশ্লিষ্ট দূতাবাসের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত।
3. Fees & Payments (NON-REFUNDABLE)
All visa fees, service charges, consultancy fees, documentation charges, and any other payments made to us are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once payment is completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances including but not limited to: visa refusal, rejection, cancellation, delay, change of travel plan, or withdrawal by the applicant.
সমস্ত ভিসা ফি, সার্ভিস চার্জ, কনসালটেন্সি ফি ও অন্যান্য যেকোনো প্রকার অর্থ সম্পূর্ণরূপে অ-ফেরতযোগ্য (Non-Refundable)। ভিসা বাতিল, রিজেকশন, দেরি বা আবেদন প্রত্যাহারের ক্ষেত্রেও কোনো অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
4. Accuracy of Information | তথ্যের সঠিকতা
The applicant is solely responsible for providing accurate, genuine, and complete information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection without refund.
আবেদনকারী প্রদত্ত সকল তথ্য সঠিক ও সত্য হওয়া আবশ্যক। ভুল বা মিথ্যা তথ্যের কারণে আবেদন বাতিল হলে কোনো প্রকার অর্থ ফেরতযোগ্য হবে না।
5. Final Acceptance
By submitting an application and making payment, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
আবেদন জমা ও পেমেন্ট করার মাধ্যমে আবেদনকারী এই সকল শর্তাবলীতে সম্পূর্ণ সম্মতি প্রদান করেছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।
